In this podcast, the students tackle equity solutions in an attempt to bridge the gap in resources for our communities. Youth host Nicole Crawford highlights a plethora of local resources and organizations that are doing the work to promote positive and progressive social change in our communities. Among these organizations, she speaks to the Black Child Legacy project in the Sacramento area and its many contributions to reducing child deaths in the Sacramento area. Following this, she then dives into the relevance of these resources in our communities and reveals why resource accessibility is crucial to our collective society's sustainability. Lastly, she shares her perspective on bridging the gap of resources and maintains her stance that accountability is one of the first steps to achieving equity in our local community.
