She has experienced firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that come from living a life as a high achiever, but disconnected from herself. But in 2020, she experienced a physical health crisis that brought her to rock bottom. Her health crisis began her journey of reconnecting to her body, learning to hear her body’s wisdom, and developing embodied self-regulation skills. Her goal with her clients is to help them reconnect to the wisdom of their body’s intelligence and increase their capacity to regulate their emotions. By doing so, they can experience embodied resilience by remaining present through life’s ups and downs, greater aliveness, and restored choice, instead of living overwhelmed, burn-out, and stuck in survival mode.
