My guest today, Kaylee Lyda, embodies warmth, radiance and love. Those around her can’t help but feel embraced by her energy. However, she hasn’t always offered that same sense of compassion and acceptance to herself.

She is going to talk with us today about how she learned to trust the process and find the deep self-compassion that has carried her through really dark times and brought her out on the other side where she could see the light.

I bring you this episode with Kaylee to show you that there can be light at the edges of every darkness. You can show yourself compassion even when you aren’t performing or showing up in the world the way you think you’re supposed to. It IS a journey and trusting the process and trusting that you are being held even when it doesn’t feel like it can be all it takes to get you through the valleys and back up on the mountain top.
