Our teaching is to assist each of us to go up our own stairs, finding out who we are….step by step. Often we get the idea, then the vocabulary of a new way of being. Then we learn techniques to live the life we want and then it’s practice, practice, practice until we stand firmly on that new step, confident & calm. This months topic is moving from Good to Great to Grand, taking the steps to know ourselves.
