Finding our voice is one of the challenges that we sometimes fail to pass. Whenever we try to speak up, something gets in our way. And sometimes, we listen more to what others tell us rather than what we truly want to say or do. We are so caught up with the opinions of others that we end up losing sight of what we want. But we must stop listening to the noise and find our own voice. Only then can we be happy and contented with our lives.

In this episode, we welcome our guest, Andrea Dalzell. She is a nurse with degrees in Neuroscience and Biology. She was diagnosed with transverse myelitis and began using the wheelchair at the age of 12. Given her diagnosed disability, this did not stopped her from achieving many things. Let us learn how she did it as she shares her experiences and thoughts on how we can find our voice.
