On this week's episode of the podcast, I share a few tips and techniques that can help you to move through procrastination and overwhelm, to being more productive.

Being productive doesn't necessarily mean doing more, but actually getting real and doing the things that are priority for you. One of my favourite hacks is setting a timer for some undisturbed, focused time. It is amazing what we can actually get done when we remove distractions & set ourselves a time limit.
