What do you have to learn from Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones and Eminem's character in the movie 8 Mile about how to proactively approach shortcomings in your Brand Identity? A lot, actually.
Openly acknowledging places your brand can improve isn't easy. But it IS necessary. It builds trust and loyalty, and you'll find most people are willing to accept shortcomings if you openly discuss them in a genuine way.
