The journey to healing has many forms, and art is one of them. When we use art to express, we form a connection with our inner self, and it requires us to be present in order to figure out that message from within.

In this episode of Dance to heal, Jenny welcomes Caroline Karp into the show, in a conversation about the art of expressive living, dancing sunflowers and the role of art in helping us go through our fears. Just like Caroline's art, their very casual and almost-carefree discourse hide layers of wisdom that provokes and inspires, depending on your perspective as a listener.

What to expect in this episode:

01:39 – How Caroline's art journey started

04:54 – The evolution of Caroline's art

10:23 – How she got started with live painting.

12:36 – The Capitol Columns, and the YouTube videos

15:55 – Romanticizing the scene, romanticizing your life.
