What do I eat to maximize my energy, clarity, health and have a lean body I'm ok wearing a bikini in? The ultimate question and so many people are peddling so many answers to sell so many products, it can make you crazy! (and do crazy stuff!) So I'm brought on Hally Brooke of Live Life Nourished (www.livenourishedcoaching.com) to chat with us about food, what's good food for your body, and what should we be eating. She gives us some fantastic answers, brought to you by study and testing! She is a board certified Health and Wellness coach and a Functional medicine certified health coach. She explains it a bit more in the episode, but basically, she's held to the same ethical standards as doctors in her certification. In other words, her info is coming from scientific findings rather than commerce! So it holds a little more weight with me anyway!

  • Exema? Constipation, exhaustion, headaches and other unexplainable symptoms! Tight gap junctions might be loose!
  • Prebiotic vs probiotic...who knew! (an apple a day!!)
