Loneliness, it’s a terrible feeling in and of itself, but when compounded by isolation, feeling like you can’t ask for help and the pressure to be successful on your own, it can lead to extreme anxiety, overwhelm, burn out and depression! This is happening to many people, but especially high performing leaders, so this week I welcome Nick Jonsson, (https://www.nickjonsson.com/) Author, Consultant, Top Voice on LinkedIn, and Top 2% Ironman Triathlete to join us and talk about Executive Loneliness, how he ended up working in this field, and how he is helping innumerable executives find a community to talk about their challenges, get help, drop the shame and isolation in place of healthy thriving for both themselves and their business.

In this insightful conversation we talk about

  • Nick’s descent into unhealthy habits due to executive loneliness
  • How he was able to dig himself out with a lot of work and facing the challenges
  • Tips for dropping the excuses
  • How fitness and nutrition are also linked to this challenge
  • How he is now living his life in an intentional way to maintain his health, happiness and the success of his business.
