What project, plan you have started, and you gave up because of obstacles? What was your first dream when you were in high school, business trade, professional career that you forgot about. I come to encourage today to rise up, Think, plan, and ask for advice to keep going.

Become courageous, everything in life is about process,

in Physical growth, any babies, needs to be seated, crawl, walk, run and fly in life.
