Laura is a teen and parent well-being coach. Laura has her bachelor's in economics, Spanish, Literature, her master's in health and Wellness, and studied Functional Medicine and Coaching. She’s a brain health coach, nationally recognized health and wellness coach, has a certificate from HeartMath for studying stress, anxiety, and self-regulation, and is an elite dual certified Neruoencoding Specialist. Laura launched Positively Healthy Coaching in December of 2021.
