We are joined today on the show by Morgan Little to discuss and share his knowledge on How Realtors can add more Profit Centers to their business by building win-win relationships with Wholesalers.

Morgan is a Toronto based Realtor who actively invests in multi-family real estate in Sudbury, and North Bay.
Growing up in Northern Ontario has put Morgan in the unique position of being able to facilitate the BRRRR investment strategy for out-of-town investors, who are not familiar with the northern markets, but are looking for cash-flowing properties.
Through the power of joint venture partnerships, Morgan has successfully helped multiple investors remotely acquire properties while he oversees management through renovations and tenancy.
