My guest for today is David DeCelle. He has seven years of experience as a financial advisor. Over that time, he built a successful practice along with millennial advisors. His team was ranked #1 in the country out of 350 offices. It was during that process that he recognized a massive opportunity. He recognized that large corporations have no idea how to coach and lead Millennials. That led him to start a new age training, coaching and consulting company called The Financial Advisors' Alliance. David is focused on making training fun and tailored towards the way Millennials learn best.
