Honouring your body is a fundamental aspect of the healing journey, as it serves as the vessel for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The body is not just a physical entity; it is a repository of our emotional experiences, including trauma and blocked energy. When we encounter traumatic events, our bodies can hold onto the stress and emotional pain, often manifesting as physical tension, chronic pain, or other health issues. This unprocessed trauma becomes stored in our muscles, tissues, and nervous system, creating energy blockages that disrupt our natural flow of vitality. These blockages can lead to a range of emotional and physical symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, and even illness.

And it would appear that most of us are in an abusive relationship with our body.
