In this edition of the weekly GrizzCast Chase is joined by Chris Reed, site administrator and producer of deepfriedcouch.com and the Deep Fried Podcast. In this weekly series we will cover the highlights of the past week of Grizzlies action as well as discuss our current opinion about the team from a fan’s perspective.
In this weeks addition of the weekly GrizzCast Chase and Chris are both in Memphis for this week’s home games at the Grind House. We discuss the so called “Week of Death” and how the Grizzlies had possibly the best week of the season as they competed against some of the best teams in the league. The Grizzlies beat the Thunder, the Heat, and the Mavs all in the same week with their only loss being to the Mavs in Dallas on the third night of a back to back to back. We will discuss the emergence of Gilbert Arenas as a legitimate threat from behind the three point line and Rudy’s struggles and his ability to overcome them in Saturday’s game against the Mavs. This week we have the “Tony Allen Tweet of the Week” and cover his busted lip and expected return.
