Here are 3 steps to improving communication in your practice!
- Create a time to communicate
Set aside a time each week to get with your team and communicate at a very high level.
- Who is going to be responsible for what?
When you go to your first meeting, communicate in terms of who's responsible for what, and create a culture of consistent communication.
- Communicate directly to that person
After you've communicated in terms of who's responsible for what, communicate directly to that person. Don't go to a meeting and communicate to everyone. Communicate directly to whoever is responsible.
