Dr. Rand opened his private dental practice in 1990, and just a few years later, he realized there was an opportunity to provide more specialized treatment for his patients, so he started bringing various specialists into his office. He’s been growing ever since! Not only has he successfully grown his own practice, but he also loves to teach upcoming dentists the concepts of case acceptance percentage and the remarkable journey that Pearl and Dental Intel have given his own dental practice. Besides the fact that he’s a renowned expert in the dental field, he also is a passionate wildlife & underwater photographer, has traveled to all 7 continents & over 40 countries, and has an enormous collection of LEGOs.
