Hvad kan vi som virksomheder lære af topatleter når det kommer til at optimere egen performance og ikke mindst at time sine peaks, hvor man virkelig præsterer godt? I sportsverdenen er der inden der drømmer om at kunne præstere på stabilt niveau i 37 timer hver uge, så hvordan får vi prioriteret medarbejdernes performance til de vigtigste møder eller produktioner?
