In October of 2002, Washington DC, was gripped by fear as 2 men held the nations capital city captive, murdering people at random. 2001, 911 happened, so much news media was covering the war moving to the Middle East, but in the DC area, nothing was normal. DC had just begun the recovering from the attack on the Pentagon, then these to idiots decide to commit their heinous acts of murder.
Local law enforcement, the FBI, worked tirelessly to find these two men, John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo, targeting people at random all over the region. Using their vehicle as a sniper's nest, shooting people from inside the modified trunk of the vehicle.
