The point of telemedicine was to provide more access to patients. And we were supposed to help encourage the adoption of telemedicine.

But in hindsight it seems that the telemedicine rules were bullshit and kept many companies from jumping online. Which means that we can't take advantage of telemedicine now that we really need it during this pandemic.
