This week the DISCy Chicks bring you another guest, Christie Gribble, Executive Director at the Fannin County Development Authority in Blue Ridge, GA. Martha introduced Christie to the assessment solution with her employee Cady to figure out how they could work more effectively and efficiently together. The DISC Behaviors and Driving Forces enabled them to quickly see the differences in each of their preferred communication and work styles. Then the light bulbs went on for both of them of how they needed to adapt their behavior to better meet each others' needs. Christie claimed the result of the triad meeting was a "game changer" for the two of them!
