Schwarz IT KG, the owner of well-known grocery chains Lidl International and Kaufland Deutschland, leverages technology to enhance efficiency across their supply chain.
Today, their country’s teams are delivering 2 applications per month, instead of waiting years for central IT to develop some specific applications.
“We needed something that would be faster to develop than building in SAP or with high-code, like Java or C#” - explains Zdenek Prochazka, Head of Rapid Application Development within Schwarz IT KG.
