The banning of books in public schools has been a hot topic recently in American culture, but it is not a new topic of discussion. To explore the issue, today we have with us Michael Boatright, associate professor and WCU’s director of English Education; Patricia Bricker, professor and associate dean for academic affairs and director of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Allied Professions, and WCU student Whisper O’Brien.
