On this episode we explore the complexity bias, which is the idea that we tend to believe more complex solutions are better than simpler ones. I believe this is one of the major reasons that creatives stall and procrastinate. This idea that our output should be more complex, more put together before we release it. That our work should be PERFECT for us to even consider releasing it is something that boils my blood.
