At the beginning of the year, many of us make New Year's resolutions. Yet many of us don't make it through the whole year while holding on to these resolutions. Life gets in our way. What happens if you have all of these goals for this year, but it is hard to find the time to do them? I will give you one technique to reach more of your goals this year.
