Dr. Suzanne Koven had an unlikely beginning to her career in medicine. She started out as an English literary major at Yale University. She now has been a primary care doctor for thirty-one years. Dr. Koven is now the published author of the book Letter to a Young Female Physician: Notes From a Medical Life, a deeply felt reflection on her career in medicine.
