Kimberly’s unconditional desire to self educate lured her across the world to work as a cellar hand in Australia. She then jumped off to Napa to catch one more harvest that year before she landed at Hedges Family Estate in Washington. Countless flights and memorable conversations about the world of wines drew Kimberly back to restaurants. She has worked in the best of the best in New York—storied places such as Terroir, Hearth, Marseille, Café D’Alsace, Maialino, Marta and Blue Hill at Stone Barns.
