Today’s talk is about mindfulness: the idea that constantly paying attention and noticing what your mind is doing is required to maintain positive thinking and to thoroughly eliminate negative thinking. This is certainly one of the keys to true happiness.
Today’s Meditation will first be a meditation on the breath and then we will do a practice of mindful eating.
