Weve all seen couples fighting on television talk shows, bringing up all the dirt and attacking one another, even shoving and pulling hair. Its drama, and maybe brings more viewers and more money to networks. But focusing on the negative, staying in the past, never forgiving or looking at what has worked in the relationship will only increase the number of divorces. The new therapy for couples is about focusing on the good, focusing on what originally attracted each person, what has worked in the relationship and can work again. On todays show Dr. Susan Allison will share stories of successful couples and will also give steps every couple can use to improve their relationship, heal any hurt and move forward in new commitment.
