The Unshakeables podcast from Chase for Business and iHeartMedia's Ruby Studio dives into the unbelievable “What are we gonna do now?” moments that changed everything for small business owners. From mom-and-pop coffee shops to auto-detailing garages, every small business owner knows that the journey is full of the unexpected. A single make-or-break experience can change the course of your business forever. Those who stand firm in their resolve have a special name. We call them The Unshakeables. These are their stories. Join Ben Walter, CEO of Chase for Business, and a lineup of special co-hosts as they speak with small business owners across America who’ve gone through some of the most unexpected situations anyone can face and walked away stronger for it. These aren’t stories about the darlings of Silicon Valley or titans of Wall Street. These are real stories from real people behind the small companies powering their communities every day. The speakers’ opinions belong to them and may differ from opinions of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co and its affiliates. Views presented on this podcast are those of the speakers; they are as of the podcast release date and they may not materialize.

×Wayne returns from Vegas and thinks bringing his family there would be a good idea. Mitch disagrees (go figure). We talk about the Siouxland Conference, Asa in public, Wayne's wedding DJ average and Aaron returns to his favorite all-time job, "Master Of Ceremonies".
Our Christmas present to you is our presence! Sorry about the delay, we resolve to return to the regular schedule in 2025. In the mean time, we had a LOT to catch up on!
Mitch forces his parents to go on vacation and gives them explicit instructions on how to deal with security. They are ignored. Aaron uncovers carpet-baggers in the city of Spencer. Wayne is further justified in his leaving city council when consecutive meetings deal with "yard art" and we all share a laugh at Aaron's expense when his daughter goes to her first high school dance!…
Surprise, we're not dead (despite Wayne's objections)! We discuss the summer's antics, peel back yet another layer of the onion that is Mitch Giese and Aaron's Dutchness ALMOST bites him and 25 family members in the keister! And finally, we debate the VERY controversial question: "Does the towel forget?"…

Join us for an epic ride through the past several weeks. There are stories of turmoil, triumph, and one near-death experience. Also, Aaron's cows got out...again. Esta vez es personal.
Surprise! Wayne has emergency surgery and we have a surprise sponsor! Hear about Wayne's terrible 2024, the "5 C's of Credit", the worst-case scenario of using YouTube for a public performance. We also talk some "Dad Stuff" so Apple Podcast reviewer Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeznuts27 will be very disappointed. Note: The weight of our awesomeness and arrogance began to show in segment two where the recording gets a little wonky. Stick with it, it only lasts a couple minutes and gets better (that's what she said).…
OMG what's wrong with your face?! That's a topic of conversation. We also talk about how our kids are getting to the age we were when we started getting into trouble, Mitch's un-flappable sense of duty, and our advice to the next generation of would-be business owners.
It's been too long! Join us as we catch up after a long hiatus. In this week's episode, we learn all about disappointment, major awards, 17 more things that piss off Mitch, the Oxford comma, and what life would be like without an inner monologue.
(Better late than never!) Wayne recounts yet another instance of general stupidity, Aaron gets caught up with music references from 2006 and Greta gets a new gig!
Wayne ends his term on city council and Aaron and Mitch both speak at the meeting as a very hot topic brings a full house. Wayne's farewell speech makes him a legend (in his own mind). Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We appreciate you more than you know!
Wayne involuntarily goes "gluten-free", Aaron tries to be cool and fails (again), and Mitch tries to relive a piece of his history when he goes back to New Orleans and looks for the "one place that the youth pastor took us to accidentally".

It's not the greatest podcast in the world, it's just a tribute. We discuss trying to give dating advice to the new generation, Mitch shares Wyatt's secrets, Aaron gives the weekly Ezra update and Ava learns a new word. Spread the word!

Chef Justin Berning of Brady's Pub fame stops by to talk about the essential ingredient that makes his food elite! While he's here we talk about growing up in MN and how he had nothing to do with the great Budd'z fire! So stop asking! Aaron finds himself in a fiery situation of his own, and we sample some vintage MD 20/20 (IFYKYK). Sponsorships and beer fund donations are open! venmo.com/u/dbapod…

Please help, we're thirsty folk: https://venmo.com/u/dbapod It's harvest time and in honor of that, we go extra wide (much easier to accomplish for us than going extra long)! We talk about Aaron's field day and how not everyone is keen on his profession. We react to Wayne's official non-running for the city council. Mitch gets grossed out by the unclean and we get into a lively argument on how people who call instead of text are WRONG (or not, if you are Mitch). Happy Harvest!…

Help keep us lubricated! https://www.venmo.com/u/dbapod Doon Blueberries > Todd's Turf Care Summer comes to an end with a scorcher as Aaron works to keep everyone cool. We learn that Mitch hates Saved By The Bell, which might be his worst take yet. Wayne gets more lessons on "Dutchdom" and the Alons family deals with a medical scare.…
