In this episode EG's residential editor Emma Rosser is joined by the founders of build-to-rent startup Goodstone Living.

In February, EG reported that Australian Bank Macquarie was gearing up for its first UK BTR investment, working with Essential Living founders, Martin Bellinger and Darryl Flay.

The pair started one the first BTR specialist platforms back in 2011. A decade later their new venture aims to raise and deploy £1bn in this fast growing market. This week, that venture officially launched under the new brand Goodstone Living.

In this podcast, Bellinger and Dana Gibson, co-head of Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate team for Europe, reveal the strategy for the new business.
