Wellness Coach Dr. Gail Simon-Boyd joins the show!

Dr. Gail Simon-Boyd is a life coach, specializing in health and wellness, with over 15 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, career counseling, academic advising, and teaching. She received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and trained in clinical supervision of counselor trainees; individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy; eating disorders and general assessment; and preventive health & wellness outreach. She provides: wellness coaching, academic coaching, career coaching, personal life coaching, in-service training/consultation/outreach workshops, and programs specific to the needs of the US military/government community and college students. Individual and group coaching sessions can be conducted in-person or by telephone between a wide range of domestic and international locations. As an ICF (International Coach Federation) member, she is currently managing her home-based coaching business while pursuing the BCC (Board Certified Coach) credential and state psychology licensure, as she intends to provide both types of services to future clients, according to their needs. In her leisure time, she enjoys travel, skiing, reading, movies, listening to live music of all kinds, painting, dancing, and playtime with her family.
