Today Jamie talks to Author, Blogger, Yogi and future life coach, Amir Siddiqui. Amir talks about how he faced many struggles throughout his life. These setbacks caused him to feel depressed and suicidal. He spent the next 8 years pursuing personal growth and he completely turned his life around.

Now, he aims to help people overcome negative mindsets to live happy, and healthy lives.

He used many methods to overcome the depression and suicidal thoughts including; connecting mind, body & spirit, changing his diet & getting out into nature, just to name a few.
