We need to develop our ability to identify when something needs to be severed, both literally and figuratively, out of our lives. Today, let’s explore concentrating on and managing elements within your field of view to control the surrounding situation and immediate elements of your life.

Many struggle with the belief that "I can't" due to a lack of data and information to make informed decisions. This brings me back to a recent hiking experience in Catalina State Park, Arizona, where I was able to see the importance of assessing my surroundings consciously. By managing what falls within your plane of sight, you gain control, tackling the resistance people often have toward managing things beyond their control.

My Elevate 360 formula, specifically the DIT approach—Discover, Investigate, and Tune came into play as I headed out on my hike. This method is about gathering data for life's journey, much like choosing the right path during a hike. Reflecting on the hike, I knew the need to make conscious decisions, illustrating the importance of being aware of thoughts, decisions, and collected data, whether acknowledged or not.

In life exploration, we shift from not knowing what we don't know to being wholly responsible for our decisions. If you're facing career frustration or struggles in relationships, the call to action is clear: stop, assess, gather data, and navigate the path consciously.

Ignoring this call makes you wholly responsible for the consequences.

Empowerment lies in the DIT formula—Discover information, Investigate it, and Tune your approach. This isn’t just some method that was thrown together, it’s been created from years of collecting data, and this is your call to action.

You have the power, you have the control, and now, armed with information, there's a way to navigate and explore paths.

For a deeper dive, check out my Elevate360 Digital Digest, loaded with practical information. Private coaching applications are also open.

Remember, you're not a different person at work than at home, something is misaligned. It’s time to collect data and make a decision. Balance and understanding who you are internally can transform every aspect of your life for the better.
