Kaitlyn Farrar and Beth Vallieres are both Adult Onset Hunters with backgrounds that were not favorable to hunting. But after moving to Montana and finding themselves in a decidedly hunting-friendly state, they gave it a try. What follows is a success story of hunters welcoming others into their ranks. Beth and Kaitlyn share their experiences in this first part of a series that looks at how the hunting community can bolster their ranks with a natural and relational growth. Beth is an artist and wild-horse gentler living in Whitefish, Montana. You can find more of her work on Etsy. Kaitlyn completed her undergraduate degree in wildlife biology at the University of Montana and spends much of her time outside birding.
