We live in a world that is getting crazier every day. We need leaders and organizations that can rise above existing norms and help us navigate this complicated world. Good leaders are important because they teach us how to think bigger, take risks and make life easier.

To be a good leader, you need to be a good listener. That's why in this episode I'm joined by Warsha Joshi, who is also a mastermind facilitator and a serial entrepreneur. She has built many successful businesses and has been featured on the likes of entrepreneur.com.

Despite being an expert in the field and having a solid grasp of the industry, Warsha has also sought the help of a business coach herself and believes that learning should be a continuous process. Warsha talks about the entrepreneurial mindset, the top 3 golden rules in growing and scaling a business, the qualities of being a great leader, some book recommendations and a lot of great advice on how to cope with the current pandemic.

This episode is meant to inspire entrepreneurs, and help people change their mindset to become more successful in their chosen business fields, especially in these trying times.
