This week, my guest is quite possibly the only scripted filmmaker in artsy Philly, Darien Woodard! I break the ice by asking them to rate my setup for the podcast, which then leads us into a conversation about the intersectionality between music and visual arts (8:53), why scripted content feels so inaccessible (44:49), their pet peeves in the current landscape of queer media (58:55), and to end the episode, I audition to be cast in a future 10:01 Media project (1:15:49).
Make sure to follow Darien on Twitter and Instagram, as well as check out their website to see all of their works.
