I det här avsnittet delar jag med mig av mina tankar kring vila. Var finns utrymmet att vila i våra liv? Det var inte en naturlig del i mitt. Jag har aktivt fått, och får fortfarande ”träna” på att vila. I avsnittet resonerar jag också lite kring vår hjärnas beteende i förhållande till dagens samhälle.
