Att lära sig leva med en lägre kapacitet är inte lätt. Det är en ständig risk att göra för mycket. Med trötthet som följd. Faran att i det läget bli irriterad och ledsen är uppenbar. Än värre om man dessutom kallar det för bakslag. I mitt fall händer det här då och då och i det här avsnittet delar jag med mig av mina funderingar kring problemet.
