Just last month, Spain's National Archeology Museum withdrew 'the guanche mummy' from display. The mummy is believed to date from the twelfth and thirteenth centuries AD, and belongs to a man between 30 and 34 years. For now, it has been removed from public display and the museum has no plans to return it to the public any time soon...
