By way of beginning: am I crazy or did last week's episode give the very strong impression that Sister Monica Joan's surgery had been performed, and was successful? In fact, that didn't happen...? I want to mention it up front because I know I'm not the only one who thought we were done with that arc only to have it show up again as something that is still not even scheduled.
