Do you have a system or process that you follow for each new client or lead. that comes through your door?
A lot of personal trainers have questions like "do I hold a consultation before or after a client has paid?' or 'when should I do their assessments?'
While there are many ways to do. this, in today's session I will walk you through the workflow that is used successfully by every trainer at Invictus Athletic Club. and many other students that I've taught.
Follow this workflow to make sure you cover all your bases and not forget any important steps.
You will also be able to convert more leads. into clients and add a lot of value to your service allowing you to charge more while also avoiding the discussions around discounts.
Clients will see that you are a professional that delivers on a promise and is dedicated to helping them get results.
