In the podcast, I discuss my fitness journey from being 285 pounds to developing more muscle mass and strength now. I aim to train my whole body through weights, bodyweight exercises and walking. I share how exercising first thing makes the rest of my tasks for the day feel easier and more manageable.I also open up about working out as going beyond physical fitness for me - it provides mental clarity and focus to channel my thoughts and energy towards what matters most.
