What does it take to train for a 200+ mile ultra?

It can seem like a mystery. With little research and the distance still being niche, it can be tough to find good information about how to best train.

But fear not! In this episode, I share all the best practices and tips I learned from tons of athletes who trained for a 200+ mile race, as well as leaning on my experience from training for Cocodona 250, which ended up in me finishing the race within my goals.
