How do we ensure workers with severe injuries can return to work in a holistic and informed way? What if we were to have work participation as a valid outcome for clinical care in a way that addresses preferences of working-age people. In this episode, we talk about bringing practices from the sports industry into back-to-work practices for heavy manual labourers.
