He shares what makes it into a column and what simply becomes fodder for a blog post.
Rick Holmes worked for many years as the opinion editor of the MetroWest Daily News and Milford Daily News. Where, he wrote a personal column and also served as the voice of the paper, as he wrote many of the editorials. He talks about how he picked topics for a column each week. In addition, he talks about who does, and does not, influence his editorial opinions.
