MetroWest Daily News Deputy Director Rob Haneisen joins hosts Caitlyn Kelleher and Joy Richard on this episode. They talk about his experience as an editor preparing for a newspaper's natural disaster coverage. Haneisen also serves as the MetroWest Daily News Sunday editor. He talks about how he worked with the community to set up National Weather Service spotters to increase reader participation and to gather more data for local news coverage. He also shares stories from his time working in central Florida, where he covered tornados and wildfires.
