In this episode of F1 True North, we’re diving into the excitement of the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal! Join us as we recap all the action from this past weekend’s race that had us all on the edge of our seats.

Max Verstappen had to fight hard for his win, showing why he’s a champion by overcoming several challenges and securing another victory for Red Bull. Meanwhile, Lando Norris and McLaren missed a golden opportunity by not pitting Lando at the right moment, which could have significantly changed the race outcome.

Ferrari had a weekend to forget. From the very beginning, things didn’t go their way. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz struggled to find their rhythm, leading to a disappointing performance.

Mercedes, however, had their strongest weekend yet. Their car showed real pace, earning them their first podium of the season and giving us a glimpse of their potential moving forward.

We also talk about HAAS and their ambitious wet tire strategy. Initially, it looked like a genius move as they climbed positions, but unfortunately, it all fell apart. And of course, we can’t forget the drama with Alpine. Esteban Ocon was asked to switch positions with Pierre Gasly, but when it was time to switch back, it didn’t happen, hence our episode title - "Nice Guys Finish 10th."

Join us as we break down all these stories and more. From race strategies to driver performances, we’ve got it all covered.
