Pernah gak sih kalian ngerasa bego banget saat beberapa menit setelah bangun tidur?

Belum fully awake, belum bisa bedain kalian ini udah bangun apa masih tidur. Istilahnya seperti "nyawa belum ngumpul". Nah, ini namanya Sleep Inertia. Sleep Inertia ini yg bikin kita perlu beberapa menit atau bahkan jam untuk bisa benar-benar sadar dan berkegiatan normal. Idealnya gitu. Sayangnya kita ga selalu hidup dalam kondisi ideal kan? Kadang ketika pikiran masih mengalami sleep inertia, badan udah harus gerak untuk kerja, sekolah, dll. Ini yang bikin kadang-kadang kita jadi kayak angry bird di pagi hari. Nah, terus gimana dong cara handling sleep inertia?
